Requirements:

•  Experience in recruitment and hiring of all certified and non-certified personnel
•  Knowledge of contract administration and negotiations
•  Experience with grievance process, arbitration and mediation
•  Knowledge of current Education Law, SED regulations and Civil Service rules
•  Demonstrated effective managerial and communication skills
•  Experience with employee resignations, terminations and leaves of absence
•  Knowledge of AESOP, OLAS and Finance Manager Systems
•  New York State Certification
•  Fingerprinting clearance through OSPRA
